Grey, weathered decks, porches and steps get a pressure wash followed by a wood-brightener pass. The brightener pulls the grey back out so the grain looks fed, not just rinsed.

Heavy staining or buildup that needs extra chemical or time can add about $75–$150. If I find that on the job, I talk it over with you before doing the extra work. Starting prices — the final price is confirmed once I see the property.

- Failing stain, paint or rotten boards won’t be fixed by washing.
- Tell me about recent stain or paint before the job.
- Please clear furniture and grills off the deck beforehand.
- A working outdoor water spigot with a hose connection is required — I don’t haul a water tank.
